**- Organizing appointments and agendas
- Preparing and managing correspondence, presentations, reports and documents
- Managing calendar, including making appointments, and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Providing assistance during presentation/trip
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Handle projects
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in similar position at least 6 months / 1 year
- Must able To Read / Speak / Write English (Require Outstanding Good Level of English Skill)
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Well organized, proactive and detail oriented
- Available working long hours and on weekends/public holiday when needed
- Advanced knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
