Carry out planning and development of information systems for the future based on the company's business processes

Providing support and solutions needed by users

Carry out the process of identifying user needs that cannot be accommodated by the system

Ensure user access rights in the system are in accordance with position authority

Make a new system requirements analysis

Create documentation for each ongoing project into the information system

Information system OPEX monitoring

Ensure that the company's internal information system does not experience disruption

Carry out development of the system

Ensure project implementation is in accordance with the business plan

Create reports and upload them to the Telkom website
