**Responsibilities**:
- You will deliver educational materials to all associates (either directly or indirectly through "teach the teacher" methodology) in order to effectively implement the various foundations and pillars of the Plant Optimization process. Foster a culture of moving forward in a change environment & continuously assuring buy-in & ownership at all levels.
- You will travel to (Thailand or indonesia plant)for max. 2 weeks per month according to the aligned/approved visit schedule with plant POLs and Regional POL. when there is adhoc needs to travel to other locations or plants in AP, i.e. Shanghai, Dalian, Pulandian, NGT Japan, ASEAN needs to align/approve with Regional POL
- You will organize review meeting with plant Pillar team and PO Steering Committee during the visit. Provide homework action items, wrap up report out and feedback coaching session with plant leadership before end of every visit. Send visit report to Regional POL after each visit and follow up with a report Team call when necessary. Join PO team meetings and AP Regional PO Steering Committee.
- You will conduct Pillar Step Audit, Pillar assessment and Plant Optimization Maturity Assessments with plant and regional teams to ensure education & plant optimization implementation is being effectively transferred & process is adopted in a sustainable way and drive continuous improvement. Support to develop and follow up gap closing action plans with plants and region.
- You will provide clear, concise and direct feedback to Plant and Regional leadership on successes and challenges during implementations. Work with Regional POL to determine needs for supporting additional site implementations where dedicated resources are not on site. Join regional or global PO event, and PO Steering Committee meeting to provide feedback when necessary.
**Job Requirements**:
- You are a graduate of any engineering course
- You have 10+ years of experience in lean manufacturing
- You have good communication skills
- You are proficient in the English language
- You have the ability to coach, train and drive change
