**What will you do**:

- Recap of POD shipment soft files
- Follow up to vendors for complete shipment/project documents
- Prepare POD return to customer as an attachment for billing (AR)
- Report POD performance per vendor
- Report weekly and monthly all shipments
- Monitoring receiving and delivery POS form vendor to customer
- Follow up and prepare BAST (Berita Acara Serah Terima) from vendors and to customers

**What are the requirements**:

- Having experience as a Admin in the field of logistics is prioritized
- Having great skills in English is advantages
- Having good communication skills, analytical thinking & problem solving
- Having good MS.Office skills
- Neat and Organized, especially in documenting, scanning, and inputting POD
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta
