**Purpose of the role**
These may include but not be limited to print and display procurement, account management, liaising with clients and managing approvals of printed proofs and attending press checks.
- Collaborate with Client's merchandising team on developing of Visual Merchandising POSM, e.g. COC, Trays, Standee, Store dress up, Hangers and Accessories Display tools, etc.
- Collaborative with client for structural design of displays in terms of raw material uses, safety, functional aspects. Should lead the conversation during conceptualisation delivering ideation, innovation, and providing optimized solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with Vendors to execute design given by merchandising team and manage the production.
- Partner with Creative Visual Merchandisers to ensure that Creative meets budgets, timelines and executions.
- Visit relevant markets to provide support in Visual Merchandising implementation.
- Regularly research design inspiration in global culture, architecture, fashion, art, furniture and materials. Build and maintain an archive of visual and material inspirations
**Skills, knowledge, experience, and exposure**
- Proven work experience as Production Manager/ Production Planner/ Visual Merchandising/ relevant roles who understands about creative design, visual merchandising, POSM/ retail display projects.
- Practical skills for supporting window / in-store and event installations.
- Passion and interest in sustainability and circular business model initiatives
- Retail and wholesale shop planning project experience will be a plus.
- Proficiency with all MAC / PC platforms, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, sketch up and PowerPoint will be preferably. Intermediate knowledge of Outlook and Excel.

**Role Requirements**
The working arrangement refers to the client's policy which might be a hybrid work model or an onsite basis around Jabodetabek area.
