Process Shift Leader - Ester Plant

Job Description Summary:
- To ensure the ester plant production target was achieved according to design & planning capacity- To ensure the productivity targets and effective utility usage are achieved.- To ensure the quality of the products produced is stable.

Job Description:
- Supervise the performance of DCS Operators and field Operators on duty.- Analyze trends in operating conditions and the results of previous and ongoing product analysis.- Identify possible problems in the process based on analysis of operating conditions and equipment conditions in the field- Check the condition of the ester plant -1/2 and all equipment used including related utilities.- Monitor the movement of tank levels, both raw materials, products and by-products, whether they are as desire- Implement all SOPs & provisions and change instructions related to operations at the ester plant -1/2- Report all operating conditions via forms and other available media- Maintain work synergy between related plants, especially in terms of sharing tanks and other equipment

Job Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent- Having min 3 years of working experience as Oleochemical Production- Good in analytical thinking- Willing to be located in Medan Oleochemical Plant
