Procurement Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Manage activity related to maintained vendor and alternative vendor
- Provide recommendations to user regarding compliance vendor's data and document
- Analyze the support operations strategy (distribution lines for procurement of factories, distributions, and agents)
- Conduct on assessment of alternative supplier by paying attention to legal, commercial, and distribution channel factors
- Review all vendor contract drafts
- Provide recommendations to Board of Directors regarding vendors and alternatives


JOB REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, or Industrial Engineering
- Have good interpersonal & analytical thinking skills
- Understand the basics of cost analysis and purchase record
