We are currently in search for Procurement Specialist for a Packaging Manufacture company for Pasuruan Placement with requirements as below
**Requirements**:
- Must have Bachelor's degree in any major related
- Have more over 5+ years as Procurement Specialist in Manufacture company is a must
- Good communication in English is a must
- Excellence in negotiation skill
- Current role as Buying, Purchasing, Procurement, Merchandiser
- Handle vary consumable goods and could be included commercial goods
- Having knowledge and experience in CRP (Cost Reduction Program)/ Cost Cutting
**Responsibilities**:
- Execute the strategic sourcing strategy including the buying of goods, spend analysis, industry analysis,
- strategy development, strategy implementation and supplier relationship management
- Support the category manager in the development of the overall procurement strategy and the translation of
the procurement strategy into concrete action plans
- Follow the set standards with respect to Procurement and ensure consistency with Amcor's requirements and standards
- Conduct Vendor/Supplier Evaluation periodically to meet company needs
- Implement for company reduction program in circumstance of purchasing scope
- Develop and maintain positive supplier relationships
- Build constructive relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement need
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure understanding and compliance with key procurement strategies
- Support negotiation activities in a structured and professional manner
- Participate / lead cross-functional teams to negotiate and implement improved operational and commercial supply outcomes for the business and customers
- Measure performance against budgets and targets
- Track and report savings, support procure-to-pay process improvement within the Category area, monitorimprovement as well as working capital improvement using the tracking tools in place
- Provide periodic and ad hoc reports and forecasts on performance against plan and KPIs
