**JOB MISSION**:
Carry out tasks related to local office procurement based on company supply chain guideline.

Handle material import process and ensure compliance to import regulations for shipment from different countries and communicate with all related parties.

**MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS**:

- Work independently to handle procurement including identify the potential products/solutions/services supplier according to Company requirements, evaluation, Contract T&C negotiation, carry out & comply to procurement process, negotiate & monitor delivery to meet project schedule, etc.
- Qualify potential supplier in accordance with Supply Chain guidelines.
- Deploy different supply chain platforms to achieve cost savings.
- Perform cost analysis, price negotiation & make recommendation to management.
- Subcontract preparation & negotiation
- Monitor supplier delivery, product quality and take remedial action whenever necessary.
- Prepare & submit all procurement related reports on regular & ad hoc basis
- Handle material import process and ensure compliance to import regulations for shipment from different countries and communicate with logistic and transportation vendor.
- Identify performance gap & propose remedial action.
- Other activities assigned by direct manager.

**EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER SPECIFIC TRAINING REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Degree preferably in Supply Chain.
- Microsoft Office Softward (Excel, Power Point), SAP

**AREAS OF EXPERTISE AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE**
- At least 2 years' relevant experience in sizeable organization/multinational companies.
- Familiar with costing and contracting process.
- Analytical, self-initiative and team player with good communication skills.
- Experience with foreign countries; collaboration with international teams; exposure in different work / company cultures.

**LANGUAGE SKILLS**

English and Bahasa Indonesian fluency are required.
