Product Development & Architecture Section Head

**Job Descriptions**:

- Check and evaluate design drawings and materials referring to predetermined specifications.
- Check the implementation of work according to the predetermined project schedule and ensuring the project is carried out in accordance with the planning drawings.
- Conduct consultant performance evaluations.
- Monitor work on drawings required for the licensing process.
- Check and monitor tender documents for construction purposes.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree of Majoring in Architecture from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.00.
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in Developer Company or Consultant in housing project and 2 years as supervisor.
- Computer literacy (ability to operate Auto CAD, Sketch up, Photoshop, MS Office).
- Understand the latest architectural standards and applicable regulations.
- Able to work well in a team environment and tight schedule.
- Have a building material knowledge.
- Master in Interior Design.
- Willing to be placed in Kota Wisata - Cibubur.
