- Managing end to end business process readiness for every new product setup
- Managing IT & Non-IT Projects / initiatives / business process improvement within Technical Division
- Maintain relationship with cross function and stakeholders

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum education background S1 (any major)
- Have min. 4 years experience in Insurance industry
- Have min. 4 years experience in Product Development area especially for General Insurance product
- Good communication and teamwork skill
- Good in operating Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
