Product Development Officer

1. Ensure that established processes and procedures are followed to safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively promote the achievement of production plan, and inventory plan.

2. Coordinate with QC/ QA to release the finished goods.

3. Review and develop inventory plans that supports the sales forecast and achieve financial objectives of the company.

4. Manage inventory process to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the company's inventory.

5. Prepare and create production and packing plan routinely, based on sales marketing plan, and circulating to respective departments.

6. Carry out other duties as directed by Unit Head.

7. Deal and discuss with vendors to arrange the materials in the plant and for procuring packaging and raw materials.

8. Prepare and submit overall activity as well as inventory reports to Unit Head routinely.

9. Establish and manage relationships with third party such as contract manufacturers to support the company's objectives and customer's needs.

10. Participate and assist in the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts along with Unit Head.

11. Conduct timely and effective employee evaluation and monitoring programs.
