- Provide project data for Feasibility Study.
- Compile and analysis competitor development project reports.
- Compile, review, and analysis product pricing.
- Create and analysis yearly sales plan.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Property Consultant.
- Computer literacy (Auto CAD and MS Office).
- Have analytical, logical thinking skill and time management skill.
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
