**Responsibilities**:
- Define and articulate the long-term product strategy and vision for the HRIS product, aligning it with the organization's goals and the evolving needs of the HR function.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for differentiation within the HRIS domain.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and IT experts to gather, analyze, and translate user requirements into clear and actionable product specifications.
- Priorities feature requests and enhancements based on business value, feasibility, and strategic objectives.
- Lead the development of the product roadmap, outlining the timeline and scope of new features, enhancements, and technical integrations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively address any challenges that may arise.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management roles, specifically in HRIS or related software products.
- Proven track record of successfully managing the end-to-end lifecycle of software products, from conception to release and beyond.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional project management abilities, with a focus on prioritization, risk management, and delivering results on time and within scope.
