Today, ALTO aims to be the national leader in payment solutions using the most innovative technology to give impact on connecting merchants and financial institutions to their customers.Official Job Title**:Senior Product Associate**This position will be reporting directly to the **Product Unit Head - Product Management Division.****Main Function**Responsible for maximizing the value of the products produced and in accordance with the needs of the organization.- Possess vision of the product being developed- Own for end to end product development (initiation, design, development & maintenance process)Product Development:- Work closely with the Product Manager (Manager/Sr Manager) to align the product vision and product roadmap.- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the products the team develops.- Creating and implementing a Product Backlog can be completed by the scrum team- Lead the scrum team in all phases of the product design, development, and implementation process with clear communication between team members.Documentation:- Create product documentation and always make updates to ensure document versions are up to date.- Ensure that the development team makes technical documents in accordance with company standards (example: implementation plan, testing documents)Cross Functional:- Cooperate with other relevant departments/divisions in development, production issues, improvement, and operational needs**Job Requirement**- Minimum 4 year experience working in the field of Product Management in the financial industry (banks, payment systems, and others)- Prior experience leading/ mentoring other Product Managers is a plus- Can make decisions based on valid data (empirical)- Have experience in product implementation using agile scrum framework- Have experience in using product development tools, such as JIRA and ConfluenceYJd3DFGYlO
