Product Manager

Deep understanding of brand and costumer experiences, identify and fill existing product gaps and generate new ideas that improve product and brand experience

Collaboration with Software Engineer, QA, Project Manager, System Analyst and UI/UX designer, and Business Team to develop the product

Develop product roadmap based on user research, competitive benchmarking and data inside

Proactively identify opportunities, trends, risks, and promptly tech corrective action whenever necessary

Daily monitoring of product metrics, funnels, and experiments
At least 5 years of experiences in product management. CRM would be advantage

Strong problem solving and ideation.

Proven experience of working with cross/functional teams including engineering, design, quality, and other business teams

Having knowledge in social media and customer handling

Deep understanding about CRM
