Our client is one of the well established Agriculture companies in Indonesia and currently, they're seeking an accomplished individual to fill the esteemed position of Product Manager for their internal improvement for Finance and HR.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop a comprehensive strategic vision for internal process improvement within the Finance and HR departments, aligning it with the organisation's overarching goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define a clear roadmap for process automation and optimization, encompassing both short-term quick wins and long-term transformative initiatives.
- Conduct thorough analyses of existing manual processes within Finance and HR, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation.
- Design and implement process improvements that streamline workflows, enhance accuracy, and reduce operational friction.
- Identify suitable technology solutions that align with process improvement goals, leveraging your tech-savviness to identify and implement automation tools, software, and systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions into existing systems.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or project management roles, with a focus on process improvement and automation within Finance and HR.
- Understanding Lean Six Sigma methodologies will be a big advantage.
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to identify and integrate appropriate technology solutions.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to drive change, engage stakeholders, and ensure successful process adoption.
- Prior experience in financial or HR process optimization is a big plus.
