Product Specialist (It)

Understand the technical specifications/parameters of IT products, having knowledge of networking products (advantageous)
- Analyze consumer IT product needs
- Perform checks and functionality tests on IT products
- Carry out installation and user training for IT products
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT or equivalent
- Male, maximum age 30 years
- Experience as a computer technician (preferred)
- Understand the specifications of computer devices and peripherals/components
- Have skills in installing computers and other devices
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Possess good communication and presentation skills
- Responsive, adaptive, and initiative
- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
