**About the role**:
The Production Assistant is responsible for all Production Execution (PEX) activities within the plant, with a particular focus on production operations. Additionally, they will fulfill the function of Plant Recipe Controller and serve as a PEX superuser. This role involves generating reports and conducting analyses on production data for use by the Plant Manager and Production Manager.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Execute all PEX (manufacturing) functions within the SAP system, including verifying MIGO entries by operators, resolving issues in PI sheets, and reviewing cost analysis for purchase orders (POs). Ensure accurate capture of process, employee, time, and cost data within the system and cost center, and technically complete processes (TECO), among other tasks.
- Act as a PEX Superuser by collaborating with the ICT-SAP team to update PEX systems, and raise tickets for any SAP-related issues.
- Fulfill the role of Recipe Controller for New Product Introductions (NPI), collaborating with the Research and Development (R&D) team or regional Regulatory Affairs (RA) team on resource, Process Variable (PV), Master Recipe, and Bill of Materials (BOM) updates in SAP.
- Update resource, Master Recipe, and PV information in SAP following any changes, such as process time adjustments or employee numbers, and liaise with R&D for NPI preparation and mixing instruction input.
- Coordinate label setup and integration into the SAP system in collaboration with various teams.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports from the system, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure timely and accurate data entry for downtime events related to Supply Chain (SC), Maintenance (MTC), Quality Assurance (QA), Warehouse (WHS), etc.
- Provide system support for investigating customer complaints, conducting Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Actions, and traceability efforts in conjunction with the relevant production supervisor.
- Collaborate with SC schedulers to develop and review production schedules for optimal efficiency while maintaining product quality and quantity standards, consulting with the Production Manager as needed.
- Record all production transactions and issues within the SAP system, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive documents and records, such as picklists containing formulas.
- Provide administrative support for new or revised Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) as required.
- Generate production KPI reports and team/shift-specific evaluations on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Undertake additional tasks or projects related to production development, as assigned by the Production Manager.
- Ensure alignment between performance boards and system

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Food Manufacturing, with a preference for more experience.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and a strong drive for success.
- Basic understanding of procedures (SOP/WI), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO/FSSC22000 standards preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP system usage.
- Good written English communication skills (verbal proficiency is advantageous).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
