Supervises production activity
Develop a quality control system to ensure the product fulfilled all requirements
Lead and manage the team
Responsible for the whole unit from planning to the final product
Maintains daily communication with all Relate Department Leader
Analyze production reports, maintain and control production record
Prepare management report
Direct report to BOD
