Production/Qc Assistant Manager

PERSOLKELLY is one of the largest recruitment firms in Asia Pacific providing clients with comprehensive end-to-end workforce solutions, enabling us to leverage their connections as one of the largest recruiting firms in Asia Pacific.We are now seeking a position as an Assistant Manager of Breathable Film who will handle the following key responsibilities:- Ensure all quality products and production flow running as well and meet the specification.- Ensure all quality system and production flow are running & implemented as per defined standard operating procedures.- Monitor the inspection system and inspection result in end to end processes- Ensure all the quality tools (sample approval, product specification, color range board, defect range board, and necessary quality control equipment's are available in the production).- Making sure and keeping that inspection report always in SOP Quality System.- Making sure all the task connected with quality always has record files traceability.- Keeping ang controlling all the task of QC and Production team, working in optimally and efficiently.- Meets & keep the minimum level complaint from customer.- Responsible to Factory Manager's position.We expect prospective talents to meet the requirements as below:- Graduated degree from reputable universities major in Engineering- Have at least 10 years experience in plastic manufacturer, with 5 years experience in the field of breathable film packaging is mandatory.- Proven capabilities in operating rules in R&D, Laboratory, Quality Control, and Production management.- Strong leadership and high initiative- Fluency in English and other foreign languages are preferable- Willing to be placed in Mojokerto - East Java.552001
