Production Supervisor In Automotive Parts

**Job Description**:

- Monitors daily productions and quality control performance records, identifying inefficiencies and taking responsive and corrective actions where necessary assisting in all aspects on the production floor
- Develops and implements strategies and training toward accomplishing organization goals and values
- Leads by example: Sets expectations for staff and monitors delegated activities
- Provides regular performance feedback and effective training to staff for skill development and growth
- Coordinates and monitors flow of production orders for the floor, able to forecast work and notice potential problems in workflow
- 5S management and workshop production cost control, reduce loss, reduce waste, improve efficiency

Requirement:

- Age Max. 35 years old
- Min. Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Min. 2 years Work experience as a production supervisor in Automotive Manufacturing company
- Understand about IATF 16949:2016
- MS Office experience (especially Excel) & English (daily communication)
- Being able to speak Japanese is a plus
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions (in English), short correspondence and work orders. Ability to effectively present information in one on-one situations with co-workers and/or supervisors
- Ability to learn quickly, work at a fast pace, keep a positive attitude and manage stressful situations with professionalism
- Logical, familiar with all kinds of new production management technology, such as lean production, TPM, NPS, QCC, 60, etc, can be applied in the work

Pay: Up to Rp1,000,000,000 per month
