Production Supervisor
Salary Range : IDR 12 mil - IDR 16 mil
**Responsibilities**:
- **Leadership and Supervision**: Lead and manage a team of production workers, ensuring they are **trained**, **motivated**, and working effectively. Assign tasks, set work schedules, and monitor team performance to meet **production targets** and **deadlines**.
- **Safety and Quality Assurance**: Enforce **safety protocols** and **quality control measures** to maintain a **safe working environment** and product **consistency**. Investigate and report safety incidents, addressing any quality issues promptly and effectively.
- **Production Management**: Oversee production processes, develop and implement production plans and schedules, ensuring goals are met. Maintain **production records** and generate reports on **efficiency**, **quality**, and any arising issues.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Monitor and ensure the **efficient operation** of production equipment and machinery. Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure **adequate inventory supply** and **timely delivery** of materials.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify and implement **process improvements** to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity. Collaborate with other departments to address production-related issues and suggest solutions.
**Requirements**:
- **Bachelor's Degree** in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Minimum **5 years** of experience as a production supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
- Age range**:30 to 40 years**.
- Familiarity with **wire and/or gabion industry** preferred.
- Proficiency in **computer skills** for record-keeping and data analysis.
- Fluent in written and spoken **English** and **Bahasa Indonesia**.
**Salary**: Rp12,000,000 - Rp16,000,000 per month
