Production Team Leader

Our client is one of Indonesia's largest building material manufacturers, with production facilities spread across the archipelago.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Production Supervisor, preferably in Silicate Board production.
- Understand the production process, AM & PM concept, Continuous Improvement concept, 5R, K3.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Placement in East Cikarang.

**Job Descriptions**
- Ensuring the implementation, inspection and supervision of production machine operational units.
- Coordinate with other departements (Maintenance, QC, etc) related to the production process,
- Ensuring the recording of each production activity is carried out properly.
- Ensuring the implementation material requirements for the production process in accordance with the plan.
- Make improvements to support the production process.
- Handle problems that arise in the production area.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cikarang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
