Project Consultant

Interact with sales team and client to identify client's need.
- Analyze, determine, and communicate work product results that will be delivered to client upon project completion.
- Collaborate and maintain relationship with other parties, internal or external parties, with the aim of impeccable projects.
- Provide solution recommendation according to client's need.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentation for clients.
- Ensure project's delivery run well, including project's closure.
- Report project progress/difficulties to Solution Head.
- Min. Bachelor Degree of Psychology. Preferably Master Degree of Psychology.
- Have working experience in recruitment min. 2 years.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.
- A Problem Solver and Analytical Thinker.
- Great in Project Management & Multitasking skills.
- Highly Initiative and impressive in Planning & Organizing.
- Proficient in Psychological Testing Tools & Competency Mapping
- Great in Presentation skills, Excel is a must.
- Good in English.
