Project Manager

Job DescriptionAct as point of contact between the Development Teams, Customers, and Stakeholders.Define the scope of work (business requirement doc) for each project.Define / approve the user acceptance to each scope and then conduct UAT if neededWork alongside QA and the Solution Architect to build up the test cases.Prepare weekly / monthly progress reports to the StakeholdersGood quality documentation for each milestone of the project.Deliver final report for every completion of the projectPresenting the incremental / final project updates to the Customer / StakeholdersManaging and prioritizing product feature backlog and development for the product.Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.Self-organize under scrum methodology to collaborate and deliver features to customers.Keeping Customers and Stakeholders informed of the status of the product.RequirementBachelor's degree in related field.Minimum 5 years work experience in an IT project management team.Preferably have experience in Supply Chain (Purchase Sales Inventory).Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English.Experience in handling foreign customers is preferred.Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.Deep understanding of the Agile method and cloud platform.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal skills in developing relationships with team members.Ability to manage multiple and competing for work priorities, demands, and changes.Willingness to learn and adapt to different technologies.Solid technical background with understanding and / or hands-on experience-in software development and web technologies.Additional RequirementGenderMale & FemaleAge27 - 40 Year(s) oldMin.
