In your role as an Afaflow Project Manager, you will be a pivotal figure in ensuring the successful execution of projects, with a specific emphasis on mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, encompassing water treatment and pipe systems. Your primary duties involve guaranteeing that projects are not only completed on schedule but also adhere to the precise technical specifications. Your proficiency in technical matters, adept problem-solving capabilities, and strategic planning competencies will be instrumental in driving project success.
- Understand technical specifications for M&E, particularly in water treatment and pipe systems, and troubleshoot technical issues during project implementation.
- Lead project teams, collaborate and coordinate with various departments and customers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Formulate a comprehensive project plan, which includes creating schedules, allocating resources, monitor stock and etc.
- Prepare regular project progress reports to keep clients informed of project status and milestones.
- Generate regular project progress reports to maintain customer awareness of project status.
- Swiftly and effectively resolve any obstacles or problems that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Prepare final project documentation, ensuring a smooth handover to relevant parties, and review lessons learned from the project.
- Evaluate project outcomes post-completion to gauge team performance, project success, and to identify insights for future projects.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or experienced in the industry
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced in managing Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) projects
- Basic understanding of chemical principles is a plus
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft office
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and lead effective teams
- Effective communicator with team members, clients, and project stakeholders
- Highly adaptable to changing conditions
- Skilled in Risk Management, planning & forecasting, critical thinking, and time management
