Project Manager

Job Description:- Develop end to end project plans, including scope, schedule, safety, and budget until finish the project.- Oversee the construction site, including coordination of activities, management of subcontractors, and ensuring safety and compliance with all relevant regulations.- Maintain regular communication with clients or third parties and stakeholders, providing project updates and addressing concerns or issues as they arise including negotiation with new vendor.- Coaching and supervising construction teams.- Reporting to General Manager construction for daily, weekly, and monthly progress.**Requirements**:- Graduated from reputable university majoring in urban planning, civil engineering or related, (have Certificate K3 & SKA more prefer)- Having total experience in Construction with minimum 5 years' experience as Construction/ Project Manager- Experienced in budgeting, attention to detail, efficiency and have cost awareness- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to construction- Age: Min 35yoJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuGaji: Hingga Rp17.000.000 per bulanAbility to Commute/Relocate:- Depok: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Diutamakan)**Experience**:- Project Management: 5 years (Diwajibkan)License/Certification:- SKA (Diutamakan)
