Project Manager (Packaging Machinery & Equipments)

Our client is a prominent packaging manufacturing company based in France. They are currently seeking for a talented professional at the position of Project Manager, tasked with supervising projects in Southeast Asia. This role entails taking charge of the daily operations of Equipment Project Management, spanning from order intake to project closing, and encompassing the management of on-site activities.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

¦ Responsible for upholding the S-Q-C-D (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery) deliverables of assigned new Equipment Projects:

- (S) Safety and Health: Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety and Environmental standards. Implementing an H&SE plan before project commencement.
- (Q) Quality: Meeting deliverables according to precise specifications right from the outset. Clearly defining project scope and specifications.
- (C) Cost: Ensuring completion of project deliverables, including on-site activities, within the predefined cost outlined in the project baseline.
- (D) Delivery: Timely completion of deliverables within the project schedule's stipulated timelines.

¦ Verify compliance with all mandatory statutory and regulatory requisites, encompassing the company's corporate values, governance, and processes.

¦ Establish risk assessment and response plans for critical projects. Held accountable for driving risk management and mitigation efforts.

¦ Lead, assist, and mentor the designated team, fostering the development and optimal utilization of their competencies. Effectively remove obstacles hindering the team's progress.

¦ Provide support to the team in navigating scope changes without compromising the baseline objectives and advantages; adeptly resolve conflicts.

¦ Regularly and promptly report to stakeholders. Initiate follow-up discussions on technical issues escalation with Global Product Support.

¦ Continuously monitor and ensure the timely updating the company's Project systems, including SAP milestones, GIB, SINCRO, and OPD.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

Level of education and languages:
¦ Bachelor's degree or equivalent

¦ Good level of English

Required experience and skills:
¦ MI-PMP certification is a plus

¦ 10 years of experience in project management as project manager

¦ 5 years of experience in food and beverage industry

¦ Knowledge of installation and commissioning scope and challenges

¦ Knowledge of project financials

¦ Able to travel (up to 40%)
