Project Manager Roads & Infrastructure - Bsd

**Job Descriptions**:

- Acting as the main technical adviser on site for sub/contractors and everyone involved on site.
- Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design and specification.
- Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
- Liaising with the local authority to ensure compliance with local construction regulations.
- Liaising with consultants and their representatives (engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Preparing reports as required.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years experience as Project Manager in Roads and Infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulation.
- Communication skills, both written and oral.
- A methodical approach, commendable analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Organizational and negotiation skills.
- Capability of working in diverse situation.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
