Project Site Supervisor

Project Oversight: Overseeing the day-to-day operations and activities on the construction site to ensure that the project progresses according to the plan and schedule
- Quality Control: Ensuring that construction work meets the required quality standards and specifications set by the company and the client
- Team Management: Supervising and coordinating the work of construction workers, subcontractors, and other team members on-site
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure with project specifications and address any potential concerns
- Cost Control: Assisting in cost control efforts by managing efficiently and avoiding unnecessary wastage
- Reporting: Providing regular progress reports to the project manager other stakeholders, updating them on the status of the project compliance resources
- Diploma / S1 (Bachelor) in Civil Engineering / Architect or a Related Field
- 3-5 Years of Work Experience in a related field
- Leadership Skills: The ability to lead and manage a team of construction workers and subcontractors effectively
- Quality Control: Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring construction work meets high-quality standards
