Identifying client's requirements and expectations for reach events

Create detailed deck for all events, including timelines, venues, vendors, budgets and other related matters

Liaise with vendors, exhibitors and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order

Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Managements or any related major.

Have experience at least 1 year as an Event Planner, Project Management, Direct Marketing, Creative Leads.

Have interest in anime, manga, or any japanese culture related

Good management and communications skill

Creative, initiative, and accountability

Availability to join immediately and full WFO
