Responsible for developing and maintaining working relationships with the healthcare providers
- Increase Company Revenue: Provider Discount/ Rebate Negotiation & Collection.
- Hospital Portal Socialization and Monitoring.
- Comprehensive Support to Operation.
- Provider Database Management.
- To conduct Panel feedback and survey.
- Provider Unrecognition.
- Technology and innovation improvement and enhancement.
- Centralized Reporting.
- Medical & Non-Medical Provider Recruitment (hospital, clinic, optic, dental, lab, lifestyle & others).
- Establish Preferred Hospitals.
- Providers for COB/ on Top BPJS Kesehatan
- Assist in the partnership development and credentialing of new healthcare providers.
- Perform service area analysis and cost analysis to identify network expansion, development and network renegotiation opportunities.
- Support future potential partnership with potential partners in Indonesia and overseas
- Review, negotiate and discuss existing agreements and contracts with regards to the content.
- Monitor the quality of the services provided by the medical providers and the correct execution of the agreements.
- Any other adhoc duties assigned when appropriate.
