**Job Description**:
Pullman Touch Agent
You initiate a remarkable guest journey from the very first hello. As a Pullman Touch Agent Hospitality Specialist, you'll extend a warm welcome to our guests and embody the exceptional experience they anticipate when they connect with us over the phone!

What you will be doing:

- Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service
- Receives guest messages and deliver the same to the guest.
- Logs all wake-up call requests and performs wake-up call services.
- Provides information about hotel services to guests.
- Must be polite and courteous while answering the phone.
- Handle every query in a polite and courteous manner and exceed guest expectations Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

**Qualifications**:
Your experience and skills include:

- Guest focused personality is essential
- experience is an asset
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
