Job description:
Our Pulp and Energy Solutions (PES) BU mainly provide services to our customers:
- Our PES services help our pulp mill and energy plant customers to upgrade system, have more uptime, higher efficiency, achieve lower operating costs, save energy and improve pulp quality. As an outcome mills become more efficient trough well-organized maintenance. Pulp and Energy Solution mean optimized production line performance throughout its life cycle. We perform 2,000 on-site projects annually._- Process improvement services._- Production support services and performance agreement_- Maintenance services and equipment retrofit._- Maintenance outsourcing_- Relocation services for equipment and production lines_- Shutdown services_
**Requirements**:
- Masters/ bachelor's degree in Pulp and Paper Engineering or equivalent._- Process design, production line o_peration and maintenance _experience in_ pulp mill _(_and power plant_)_._- More than 5 years managerial role experience_ with profit and loss responsibility._- Excellent customer service background._- Fluent English, solid presentation skills._- People management and influencing skills, especially experiences in a multicultural / matrixed organization._- Desire and ability to travel frequently in Asia Pacific and globally if needed_.
