JOB DESCRIPTION

BANDUNG BASED-3 DAYS WORK FROM ANYWHERE
- Oversee the procurement of raw materials needed for production, including identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials to balance supply and demand, prevent shortages, and avoid excess stock, including regular inventory audits.
- Ensure that all raw materials meet industry standards for quality and safety, and manage the process for handling any quality issues or supplier discrepancies.
- Analyze market trends and material costs to make informed purchasing decisions, and generate detailed reports on procurement activities and expenditure for management review.
JOB REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Food Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the F&B sector, with specific experience in sourcing raw materials.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills to effectively manage supplier relationships and optimize procurement processes.
- Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems, along with a solid understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards.
