Purchasing

Make and be responsible for local & import Purchase Order for all Purchase Request and ensuring the goods and services are delivered on time in good condition
- Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase in terms of quality, price, process, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers
- Maintains good communication with vendors
- Coordinate with other departments' users in the purchasing scope of work to meet the criteria and standards required
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received
- Female
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good in Microsoft Excel and data management
- Have a good administration skill and detail oriented
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)
- Have a good communication and negotiation skills
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Indonesia
- Can work in teams as well as individuals
