**Things you will do**
- Develops new and maintains existing sources (vendors/ 3rd parties) to ensure adequate inventories of materials, components, equipment as needed by related internal teams
- Analyze quotations received, schedules and inform the delivery of products, materials, and/or components to related team members
- Able to do Owner Estimate for small construction / renovation
- Have good knowledge procurement material/component in Civil Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, & Air Conditioner for Hotel Operations
- Familiar with all requirements in operationals at Hotel / Resort property.
- Knowledgeable in Purchase Contract Management with 3rd Party (Pest Control, Building Maintenance, Air Freshener, AC Maintenance, etc)
- Prepares orders and follow-up orders to expedite delivery and shipment
- Analyzes demand and usage information
- Develops and maintains necessary records and files for efficient operations
- Prepares, submits, and may explain periodic reports on areas of responsibility (such as detailed cost analysis, plans, and project results)
- Ability to navigate SKU level negotiation with appropriate supplier contacts
- Ability to articulate thoughts professionally, representing both Operations and the Company, and present to large groups, including senior leadership
- Utilizes analytical skills to interpret system requirements and put together financial projections, Monitors supplier performance and partners cross-functionally to drive accountability and improve supplier relationships
- Vendor Performance Evaluation and Maintenance
**You'll fit in this job if you**
- Bachelor degree from reputable university (preferably majoring in Civil Engineering, Architect or Mechanical Engineering)
- Experience: at least 2 years experience as Purchasing Staff
- Knowledge & Skill: Basic Procure to Payable Practical, Owner Estimate, Negotiation Skill, Tendering Process, Purchase Contract Management, Problem Solving
- Computer Skill: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PPT), ERP System

Contract length: 3 months
