Qa Executive

Job description:

- Carry out troubleshooting on quality issues
- Liaise with Customer/Marketing on product specification, sample submission & approval
- Initiate study for process improvement
- Assist QMR/EMR on the implementation & maintenance of ISO 9001 / 14001
- Product inspection SOPs preparation
- Attend to customer complaint & resolve issues in timely manner
- Preparation of Monthly report (Departmental, SQC) summary
- Conduct lab test & arrange for equipment calibration
- Ensure good EHS practice in the workplace & compliance with ISO & regulatory requirements, including customer's standards

Qualification:
1. Degree in Engineering/Science or Diploma with substantial related experience

2. Minimum 2 years QA experience. Experience in plastics injection manufacturing environment will be an added advantage

3. Good knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015

4. Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical & problem-solving skill

5. Computer knowledge (MS Office) & technical report writing skill is essential
