**Job Description**:
1. Planning and supervising the activities of the QA/QC Dept.

2. Collect, process and analyze data related to QA/QC Dept. activities.

3. Receive and responsible for customer complaints.

4. Communicate and coordinate with related departments in analyzing customer complaints and standardize the results of decisions into SOP.

5. Supervise the implementation of calibration of measuring instruments.

6. Report discrepancies to superiors (Assistant Manager QA/QC).

7. Prepare Weekly, Monthly, and Annual Quality reports.

8. Controlling the New Project, Modification and Product Development within the team.

9. Determine the training needs of QA/QC members in order to improve employee qualifications.

10. Ensure all processes run according to SOP.

11. Ensure all customer complaints have been responded to through Corrective Action/CPAR.

12. Ensure all processes already have SOP.

13. Understand SQAM/Customer Requirements especially quality requirements and inform to all QA/QC team.

14. Report daily and monthly activities, customer claims & supplier QA/QC matters to superiors (Assistant Manager QA/QC).

Requirement:
1. Male, age 30-38 years old

2. Education D3/S1, any major

3. Have job experience 5 years as SPV in QA/QC (automotive manufacturing PMA Japan is preferred)

4. SIM A & C (MUST)

5. Able to speak Japanese is advantage

6. English daily conversation to communicate with customer

**Salary**: Up to Rp10,000,000 per month

- D1-D4 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- QCQA: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- Japanese N3 Level (required)

License/Certification:

- IATF/ISO 9001 internal audit training certifications (required)
