Qhsse Manager (0160 Aug 2023)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain QHSSE policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant QHSSE regulations
- Train and educate employees on QHSSE matters
- Investigate all workplace accidents and near-misses and implement corrective actions
- Conduct regular internal QHSSE audits to ensure compliance
- Liaise with regulatory authorities on QHSSE matters
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in QHSSE management in the maritime industry
- Knowledge of relevant QHSSE regulations and standards
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Degree in Maritime or Certificate of competency Class 1 will be advantage
