**Job Descriptions**:- Make an accurate calculation of the Budget Draft (RAB) including the calculation of work plus or minus.- Check and ensure the availability of a budget for the proposed work, including submitting a budget transfer and supplements if needed.- Collect and check all tender documents and contract administration.- Submitting tenders, starting from RAB, online RAB, increasing workflow and FPT to TRM.- Regularly monitor and updating on matters that can affect costs (such as: materials, prices, etc.).- Check / review additional / less work.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree preferably majoring in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineer.- Minimum 5 years of working QS experience in Developer Company or Contractor.- Computer literacy (ability to operate MS Office, Autocad and QS Application).- Having knowledge to identify differences between tender drawings and construction drawings.- Willing to be placed in BSD.
