Conduct periodic quality checks and/or evaluations for desk collection, customer service, telemarketing agents by doing monitoring of phone calls and text messages based on a particular standard set forth by the company and prepare/analyst periodic reports providing suggestions for improvements based on the results of the reports
- Deliver proactive feedback to desk collection operator based on quality evaluation to improve desk collection performance
- Working closely with the relevant departments in the company to settle the customer's complaint related to the collections team members
- Prepare and provide regular weekly and monthly report related to findings in a collection.
- Liaising with the management of the company for daily task
- Liaising with the relevant group in the company to
- (i) Prepare plans to develop and maintain collector's quality,
- (ii) Scheduling and implementing such plans to fit deadlines, and
- (iii) Discuss solutions to arising collector's quality issues.
- Periodically investigating and reporting causes of quality problems of the collector's and proposing solutions.
- Ensure compliance of collectors with the applicable requirements.
**Minimum Qualifications**
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill(s): Experience in monitoring, reviewing, conflict resolutions and coaching team members,
- Experience in preparing written report and delivering training, Proactive communication, Problem solving, Attention to detail, Communicative, Good attitude, Willing to learn fast and learn from mistake, Scheduling and punctual, Understand OJK & AFPI regulation
- Preferably Staff specialized in Banking/Financial Services, Financial Technology or equivalent.
