Quality Control / Quality Assurance Executiv

**Responsibilities**:- Manage Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/ QC) related matters,including the maintenance of Food Safety Management System and applicable certification.- Ensure compliance with and onitor and oversee quality control- To update on the quality criteria or checklists for inspection and create quality standards for the production of new products.- To investigate and troubleshoot all matters relating to product quality and safety including customer complaint; provide technical advice for corrective action and revert to relevant stakeholders.- To monitor the pest control program and verify the program's effectiveness.- To communicate with suppliers or external parties related to quality.- To conduct traceability practices and ensure the product recall program can be fully implemented.- To conduct validation study activity and also prepare statistical date of products and processes compliance performance.- Conduct training related to food hygiene and proper food handling techniques.- Ensuring the Food Safety & Management System and Occupational Safety & Health guidelines are implemented.- To perform any other responsibilities as assigned by Management / Superior.**Job Requirements**:- At least 3 years of working experience in food industry or its related field.- Ability to work independently, good team player, meticulous, able to flourish in a fast-paced environment and willingness to work shift hours.- Good interpersonal and communication skills and complemented with leadership and people management skills.- Proficient in MS Office.- Good project management and organization skills.- Well-versed in GMP, HALAL, HACCP, ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 system.Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuGaji: Hingga Rp9.000.000 per bulan
