- We are currently looking for Quality Executive who will be responsible to provide effective and efficient support to the Quality Manager to maintain effective Quality Management System (QMS) and perform Quality Operation activities in compliance with Haleon Policies, QMS and local regulations. The position holder is responsible for Quality oversight with the assigned 3rd party contractors/ service providers/ suppliers (such as freight forwarder, distributor, warehouse, local repackers, local artwork studios, printed packaging component suppliers) in assuring product quality.- This position is also required to maintain an effective working relationship with cross-functions (Customer Service & Logistics; Regulatory Affairs) and Supplying Sites.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

- Responsible to execute and deliver Quality Objectives through implementation and maintenance of an effective Quality Management System (QMS) by ensuring compliance with Haleon standards and policies, GMP, GDP and relevant local regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for quality performance of the assigned 3rd party contractors/ service providers/ suppliers to ensure potential Quality and compliance issues are identified, communicated and promptly resolved.
- Quality system review trending - Assist the Quality Manager in quality system review to drive continuous improvement within the area or country level.
- Accountable in ensuring product supplied to market have the right quality, safety, efficacy and comply with local regulations.
- Responsible for Customer Complaints - perform activities related to Product Quality Complaints assessments, reporting, liaison with investigating sites and Named Safety Contact (for adverse event related product complaints) and timely closure of complaints with the customers
- Responsible to coordinate the review of TTS (Technical Terms of Supply) and Quality Agreements with manufacturing sites (Haleon Sites)/CMO (Contract Manufacturers) and Regulatory to ensure compliance with registration
- Responsible to ensure local repacking performed by 3rd party repacking service provider complies with Haleon standards and local regulations.
- Responsible to ensure product storage, release and distribution performed by 3rd party warehousing and distribution service providers complies with Haleon standards and local regulations
- Participate in performance review to drive continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

- Bachelor degree in Pharmacy and have STRA license (preference SIPA license to be assigned as responsible pharmacist)
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Quality Assurance or Quality System roles
