Quality Specialist

**Job Description Summary**: The Quality Assurance Technician performs product inspection of finished products, assemblies and compounds for good manufacturing practices (GMP) to verify product meets specifications and are free of damage or defects.

**Key responsibilities/essential** functions include**:

- Dispose or reject products, material and equipment not meeting specifications
- Inspect, test, or measure materials, products, installations and work for conformance to specifications
- Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective actions
- Verify conformance to specifications and protocols and report outcomes
- Mark items with details such as grade and acceptance or rejection status
- Comply with EHS regulations & policies
- Generate, review and approve defects on eDMS/NCMR according with inspections

**Quality Expectations**:

- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and support corrective actions
- Knowledge of Gas Turbine components repair will be advantageous,
- At least intermediate level of active English (daily contact with foreign colleagues) is required,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 is a plus,
- Participate on lean AWO.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Min. D3 Engineering or Technical High School (SMK),
- 3 months of working experience in Manufacturing
- Ability to work across organizational lines
- Good command in English, both written and oral
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Familiar with SAP ERP is a plus
- Capable to write a working report
