We are looking for Quality Technician to be based in Sukorejo. Your 'day to day' - Support the manufacturing team in the establishment and revision of the batch documentation, providing guidance on data and record management. - Ensure manufacturing batch Record documentation is accurate, complete, reviewed and archived in line with PMI guideline and quality standards requirements to ensure confirmation that the product can be released - Investigate in a timely manner non-conformities and deviation, leveraging on problem solving tools. - Take the decision to quarantine the non-conforming material/products and liaise with interested parties to reveal the root cause and take relevant preventive/corrective actions. - Improve and review the initiatives and opportunities for the simplification and process efficiency in the current proces (eg. develop/ reviewed on current quality requirement standards & database) - Working with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system, to ensure product specification and ensure correctness & completeness. - Knowledge of International standards (ISO). Advanced knowledge on Quality tools, root cause analysis, analytical skills, statistical tool knowledge. Ability to transform data into information (reporting skills) will be value added. - Ensure enviroment, health, and safetyare identified and addressed suitably to promote safe and healthy working environment in manufacturing - Compliance with various quality guideline requirements (Market Requirements, Quality Document, System documentation, Email instructions). - To be able to learn rapidly and eagerly draw insight from experiences and seek perspective from others. - To be able to perform in a quickly changing environment. - Working under pressure with peak activities and strong requirements for accuracy, completeness and speed. - Maintaining good relationship & collaboration with stakeholders. - Work in diverse team. Who we're looking for - Diploma or Bachelor Degree Engineering, or Allied fields). - Having experience in printing or paper industry and having knowledge in quality is an advantage. - Understanding in quality process and sampling methodology - Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) - Fluent in Ms. Office - Solid knowledge usage microsoft access & excel - VBA & Macro Excel - System knowledge (e.g. PLM/SAP) is a plus What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
