Quantity Surveyor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate project costs based on initial drawings, location information, and Tender documents.
- Interact with suppliers and workers as needed to formulate pricing determinations.
- Review project variations and make necessary adjustments to the work.
- Maintain the Estimation/Job Database for accurate record-keeping.\
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and handle ad hoc project-related tasks.
- Review tender documents and ensure proper digital storage and organization.
- Perform administrative tasks and contribute to general project activities.
- Work within specified deadlines and effectively manage pressure associated with project timelines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong skills in time management and multitasking.
- Excellent logical and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. (Min. Toefl 590)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work with tight schedules.
- Willingness to work the morning shift starting at 4 am.

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: Rp4,500,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
