**Responsibilities**
- Responsible in Pre/Post tender contract operations and contract administration.
- Taking of quantities, sourcing subcontractors and suppliers, pricing, and preparation of submission.
- Negotiation and procurement of materials and equipment during project duration.
- Preparation of BQ, variation orders, cost estimate, cost control and budgeting.
- Conduct site surveys in order to facilitate detection and survey works with client or consultant.
- Participate in site measurement and site valuation with sub-contractors.
- To coordinate with client, consultants, and sub-contractors on all contractual matters in relation to construction projects.
- Supervision of subcontractors and ensure timely completion of projects according to drawing.
- Attend site meeting and assist Project Management in monitoring work progress and various contractual matters.
**Qualifications**
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field, preferably specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets: strong estimating and financial analysis skills. Strong aptitude for numbers and spreadsheets.
- In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- Able to work on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline
- Able to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Able to work independently under mínimal supervision, highly self-motivated, and a good team player.
