Hold Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Machine, Air Conditioning and Civil/ Architectural.

Conversational level English.

More than 5 years QS Engineer experience in Japanese Construction company.

More than 5 years experience in Mechanical and Electrical in construction (EPC).

Japanese skill is big plus.
